What’s included?

Before we start, you'll complete a comprehensive assessment form as well as a Zoom consultation. This will help us understand your strengths, weaknesses, recovery needs, and any other sports or training you're involved in. This will allow us to craft the best possible training schedule for you. We understand many might already be training with a coach or team, so we will do our best to balance your training around this.

You'll receive daily workouts that include warm-up routines, sprint workouts, pole vault-specific drills, and exercises, along with weight lifting and/or strength programs. These will be tailored to your current level, goals, other training obligations, and equipment availability.

All your training materials will be organized in a user-friendly app. Each exercise will come with a detailed description and video. You can access your training program from anywhere, at any time, right from your device. Most drills and exercises will be performed by Sondre or Simen and are exercises we either currently do or have done in the past. The library of exercises will continuously be updated as necessary and we will also make new drills to help your needs and challenges specifically.

We will, on a regular basis, set up a Zoom/phone call to discuss your training, technique, and competition planning to continuously improve your training and be up to date on your progress and needs.

Chat with Sondre and receive feedback on your technique and training progress or update him on changes in your schedule.
Everything will be happening inside the Trainheroic Coaching App.
You can log your workout, view your training history, watch exercise video tutorials, request tecnique checks, access resources, and more! But you can also feel free to dm me on instagram, email or text.
Your workout program will include the best drills to help your technique, strength, speed and overall performance. Seeing an exercise on the internet is great, but having it integrated into your daily training program and receiving feedback on your technique will take your performance to a whole new level.
The exercise library includes 1000+ videos.
